This Privacy Policy explains how AdInStudios collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit this website, download a free resource, book a call, or engage any of our services. We take your privacy seriously and have written this policy to be genuinely readable, not just legally defensible.
By using this website or our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our services or submit your information to us.
1Who We Are
AdInStudios is a trading name and brand of NZM Group LLC, registered under the Sharjah Free Zone Authority (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates. For the purposes of data protection law, NZM Group LLC is the data controller responsible for your personal data in connection with this website and our services.
2What Data We Collect
We collect different data depending on how you interact with us:
- Contact information — name, email address, and phone number, when you book a call, download a resource, or message us via WhatsApp.
- Quiz and form responses — answers you provide in our Visibility Audit, niche/positioning quizzes, or onboarding forms, used to understand your business and tailor our recommendations.
- Communications — records of emails, WhatsApp messages, and call notes exchanged between you and our team.
- Payment information — billing name, address, and transaction details, processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Content you provide for service delivery — including video or audio recordings, brand assets, logos, copy, or other materials you supply so we can deliver your service (see Section 6 for AI-specific handling).
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse this website.
3How We Collect It
We collect your data in the following ways:
- Directly from you, when you fill out a form, download a resource, book a call, message us, or become a client;
- Automatically, through cookies and analytics tools when you browse this website;
- From third-party advertising platforms (such as Meta or TikTok), when you click through to us from an ad and that platform passes along basic interaction data as part of standard ad-performance tracking;
- From you directly during service delivery, such as recordings or brand materials you provide for a specific project.
4Why We Collect It
We use your data to:
- Deliver the free resource, audit, or scorecard you requested;
- Respond to your enquiries and book/manage consultation calls;
- Deliver, manage, and improve the services you've engaged us for;
- Send you relevant follow-up communications and, where you've consented, marketing emails;
- Process payments and maintain financial records as required by law;
- Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it;
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we never will.
5Our Legal Basis For Processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Consent — for example, when you opt in to receive a free resource or marketing emails;
- Performance of a contract — when we process data necessary to deliver a service you've engaged us for;
- Legitimate interests — for example, basic website analytics and responding to enquiries, balanced against your right to privacy;
- Legal obligation — where we are required to retain certain records, such as financial/payment data, under applicable law.
6AI Clone & Voice Data
Certain services, including CROWN™ and GHOSTREEL™, involve you providing video and/or audio recordings of yourself so we can create AI-generated clone or avatar content on your behalf. This is sensitive material and we handle it accordingly:
- Your recordings and any resulting AI-generated likeness or voice models are used solely to deliver your specific service, and are not used to train general-purpose AI models, shared with other clients, or repurposed for any unrelated commercial use.
- This material is processed using the third-party AI tools necessary to deliver the service, under terms that restrict their use of your data to service delivery on our behalf.
- You may request deletion of your source recordings and any derived AI models at the end of your engagement, subject to Section 10 (Retention).
- You are responsible for confirming you have the right to use your own likeness and voice in this way, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
7Cookies & Tracking
This website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. These generally fall into the following categories:
- Essential cookies — required for the website to function correctly (such as remembering that you've closed a popup);
- Analytics cookies — help us understand visitor behaviour so we can improve the site and our content;
- Advertising cookies — used by platforms like Meta and TikTok to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads, if you've arrived here via one of our campaigns.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of this website function.
8Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your data. We do share it, only as necessary, with:
- Trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business — including email and form delivery providers, payment processors, content management and hosting providers, scheduling tools, and AI content generation tools. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their specific function and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Advertising platforms (such as Meta and TikTok), for ad performance measurement, where you've interacted with our ads and platform-level tracking applies under that platform's own privacy policy.
- Professional advisors (such as accountants or legal counsel), where necessary for our legitimate business operations.
- Authorities, where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of NZM Group LLC's business, subject to the same privacy commitments described here.
9International Data Transfers
As a UAE-based business using international service providers, your data may be processed in countries outside the UAE, including countries that may have different data protection standards. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection, including using providers who maintain recognized security and compliance standards.
10How Long We Keep Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, including:
- Lead and enquiry data — retained while you remain a prospective or active contact, and deleted or anonymized if there has been no engagement for an extended period;
- Client and service delivery data — retained for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to support any follow-up, warranty, or legal requirements;
- Financial and payment records — retained as required by applicable UAE accounting and tax regulations;
- Marketing email data — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain records (see Section 12).
11How We Protect Your Data
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including restricted access to client data, secure third-party providers, and encrypted payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, and while we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where applicable to you, GDPR-equivalent rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations;
- Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances;
- Portability — request your data in a portable format, where technically feasible;
- Objection — object to certain processing, including direct marketing, at any time;
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 17. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
13Marketing Communications
When you download a free resource or otherwise opt in, we may send you related follow-up content and occasional marketing emails about our services. Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link. You can also message us directly to be removed from any marketing list. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect transactional communications related to an active service engagement.
14Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals, and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
15Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms and booking tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
16Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Material changes affecting how we handle data for active clients will be communicated directly.
