AdInStudios is a trading name and brand of NZM Group LLC, registered under the Sharjah Free Zone Authority (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates. Throughout these Terms, "AdInStudios," "we," "us," and "our" refer to NZM Group LLC operating under the AdInStudios brand. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or business engaging our services or using this website.
AdInStudios is one of several brands operating under NZM Group, alongside PACWIZE, KIDZLIM, and DAP360. These Terms apply specifically to AdInStudios services described below.
AdInStudios provides done-for-you marketing, branding, content, and advertising services, currently organized into four service lines:
The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any service are confirmed individually with each client following a consultation call, and may be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement specific to that engagement. Where any such document conflicts with these Terms, the specific service agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
You accept these Terms by doing any of the following:
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.
All AdInStudios services begin with a free consultation call, referred to on this site as a Visibility Audit, Authority Audit, Business Audit, Ad Strategy Call, or Channel Strategy Call depending on the service. This call is for mutual fit assessment — we are under no obligation to accept any prospective client, and you are under no obligation to proceed after the call.
If you book a call and are unable to attend, we ask that you reschedule or cancel with reasonable notice. Repeated no-shows may result in us declining to offer further consultations.
Following a call where both parties wish to proceed, onboarding begins once payment terms (see Section 5) have been agreed and any required deposit or first payment has been received.
Pricing for AdInStudios services is custom to each engagement and is confirmed verbally and in writing following your consultation call — never charged automatically and never taken from this website without your explicit agreement. Where a "starting at" figure is shown on a service page, this is an anchor reference only and does not represent a final or binding price.
Depending on the service and scope agreed, payment may take the form of:
The specific payment structure, amounts, and due dates for your engagement will be confirmed in writing (via proposal, invoice, or service agreement) before any work begins. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the account is brought current. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes (including UAE VAT) unless stated otherwise.
Most AdInStudios services operate on a done-for-you, approval-based model: we produce the work (content, ads, brand assets, scripts, or channel uploads) and you provide approval before anything is published or delivered in final form, unless we have agreed in writing to a different approval process for your engagement.
You are responsible for reviewing and responding to approval requests in a timely manner. Delays in providing approval, feedback, or required materials (such as recordings, brand assets, or account access) on your end may delay delivery timelines, and AdInStudios is not responsible for delays caused by late client input.
Revision rounds, if included in your service, will be specified in your proposal or service agreement. Requests beyond the agreed revision scope may incur additional fees.
Certain AdInStudios services, including CROWN™ and GHOSTREEL™, may involve the use of artificial intelligence tools to generate video, audio, or visual content, including AI clones, avatars, or voice replication based on materials you provide (such as recorded video or audio of yourself).
By providing such materials, you confirm that you have the right to use your own likeness and voice in this way, and you grant AdInStudios a license to use, process, and generate AI content from these materials solely for the purpose of delivering your service. We do not use your likeness, voice, or recordings for any purpose outside your engagement with us, and we do not sell, license, or share your personal materials with third parties beyond the tools necessary to deliver the service.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content, while produced to closely reflect your voice and style, is a technological approximation and may occasionally require correction or regeneration, which is handled as part of our standard quality process.
AdInStudios provides marketing, content, advertising, and brand-building services. While we apply proven strategies and frameworks, marketing and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, industry conditions, platform algorithm changes, and your own responsiveness in the process.
We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to follower counts, view counts, lead volume, revenue, conversion rates, or business growth, unless such a guarantee is explicitly stated in a signed, written agreement specific to your engagement. Any case studies, examples, or figures referenced on this website or in our marketing materials are illustrative and not a promise of similar results for your business.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for a completed deliverable, ownership of the final, delivered creative assets (such as final brand identity files, final ad creatives, or final content pieces) produced specifically for you transfers to you.

AdInStudios reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you request confidentiality in writing, which we will reasonably accommodate.
You retain ownership of any pre-existing brand materials, logos, footage, copy, or other content you provide to us. By providing such materials, you grant AdInStudios a license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any materials you provide, including images, music, footage, or third-party content, and you agree to indemnify AdInStudios against any claims arising from materials you supply that infringe on third-party rights.
Free resources, checklists, scorecards, and frameworks available for download on this website (including via our Downloads page) are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or business advice specific to your situation.
By submitting your name and email to receive a free resource, you consent to receive that resource by email, along with related follow-up communications and occasional marketing emails from AdInStudios. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in any email we send.
Cancellation and refund terms vary by service type and are confirmed in your specific service agreement or proposal at the time of booking, given the custom, project-based, or subscription-based nature of our services. As a general principle:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, or strategic information disclosed during the course of the engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the relevant service. This obligation continues beyond the end of the engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdInStudios' total liability arising out of or related to any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our services or this website.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
You agree not to use AdInStudios services to create, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing on third-party rights, or that violates the policies of any advertising or social media platform on which the content will run. AdInStudios reserves the right to decline to produce or pause delivery of any content we reasonably believe violates this section, and to terminate the engagement under Section 17 if such use continues.
Delivery of our services may involve the use of third-party software, platforms, and tools. While we select tools carefully, we do not control and are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or any changes made by third-party platforms (including but not limited to social media platforms, advertising platforms, hosting providers, or AI service providers) that may affect the delivery or performance of your service.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period specified in the relevant service agreement. AdInStudios reserves the right to terminate or pause any engagement immediately, without refund of fees already earned for work completed, in cases of non-payment, abusive conduct toward our team, or a breach of Section 15 (Acceptable Use).
Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees due for work completed or in progress up to the termination date.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable within the Sharjah Free Zone Authority (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and dispute resolution bodies applicable to entities registered under SHAMS for the resolution of any such dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services or this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active engagements, any material change affecting your specific service will be communicated to you directly.
